The tensile anisotropy induced while milling both gum and filled natural rubber, styrene‐butadiene rubber, and natural rubber/styrene‐butadiene rubber blends is investigated. The effects of annealing and the extent of milling on this phenomenon are presented. Molecular level explanations for this phenomenon are offered.Abstract
